Coaching sessions
Depending on what we agree on, sessions will be either virtual on zoom or in person. To benefit the most from your sessions, it is usually best that we meet more frequently during the first month. After a period of weekly appointments, bookings every 2-3 weeks until our wok concludes, may be appropriate.
In-person sessions can run in Thornbury or Toorak and surrounding suburbs.
Online sessions run over zoom. -

Office hours are:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturday - 1pm - 4pmI make an effort to see new clients within 3 working days of initial contact with me. My sessions are 60 minutes or 90 minutes in duration, depending on what we agree upon.

Goals of our first session
Our first meeting will be structured to allow me to learn more about your personal history and your goals for coaching. It will also allow you to discover how my coaching services can benefit you.
We will take a few minutes to discuss some of my policies and procedures, including confidentiality and informed consent.
I will invite you to tell me about yourself and what brought you to coaching. I will encourage you to discuss your background, current circumstances, and the issues you are facing. My goal is to ensure that I have a good understanding of your situation so I will be best able to help you. We will talk about any expectations you have for coaching and for me as your coach.

Pricing
3 x 1hr sessions - $600 ($200 per session)
3 months - $1600 ( 8 x 1hr sessions ) weekly for the first month and fortnightly for the remaining 2 months.
6 months - $3200 (16 x 1hr sessions ) weekly for the first 2 months and fortnightly for the remaining 4 months.

I understand that it can be disheartening when previous therapy experiences haven't met your needs. It's important to remember that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Different approaches resonate with different people. In our work together, we can explore what hasn't worked for you in the past and tailor our sessions to better fit your unique journey. Your feedback will guide us in finding a path that feels supportive and effective.

Feeling overwhelmed is a common experience, especially when facing challenging situations. It's okay to acknowledge those feelings. In our sessions, we can take things at your pace. We can utilize grounding techniques and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. Together, we'll create a safe space to explore what you're feeling and develop strategies to manage overwhelm.

Building trust takes time, and it's completely natural to feel cautious. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. Trust is built through open communication and transparency. I'm here to support you, and I encourage you to share any concerns you have along the way. Your comfort and safety are my top priorities.

Online coaching can be very effective, as it provides flexibility and accessibility. Many clients find that the virtual format allows them to engage in sessions from a comfortable environment, which can enhance their openness and willingness to share. Additionally, research shows that the therapeutic relationship can be just as strong online as it is in person. We'll work together to ensure that our online sessions are as impactful and meaningful as possible.

My full session rate is $200 per session.
I offer a “no questions” sliding scale of $250 to $150 based on your financial circumstances. I also reserve several seats to work clients at lower rates based on financial need. Feel free to ask about that in your Discovery Call.
