Integral Coach · ICF-PCC · Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
Unravel
the patterns.
Return to yourself.
Some wounds don't heal through talking alone.
An integrative approach combining Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and neuroscience — to help you move from reaction to choice, and from exhaustion to aliveness.
"The most unique aspect of our work was the incorporation of bodywork. Simple experiments helped me short-circuit the internal whirlwind. I left every session feeling energised, with a renewed sense of clarity — and I found I could finally set boundaries I'd never believed possible."
"I came to Rudi after my marriage ended — hollowed out and not sure who I was anymore. What surprised me was how gentle and precise the work was. Nothing was forced. Over time I stopped dreading mornings. I started recognising myself again."
You might recognise this
Something keeps
pulling you back
- You attract people who diminish or control you — and wonder why you can't stop.
- You freeze in feedback, fight in conversation, fawn in front of authority.
- You replay old moments and rehearse worst-case futures, unable to stay present.
- You know you want something bigger, but keep waiting for permission.
- Anxiety wakes you before your alarm does — and hasn't stopped for years.
- You feel utterly alone inside a busy, accomplished exterior.
What becomes possible
A life you
inhabit fully
- Waking up without the dread that used to greet you before you'd even opened your eyes.
- Choosing a partner from wholeness — not from a wound that needs filling.
- Sitting through a difficult conversation without shutting down or blowing up.
- Breaking patterns that have followed you across every relationship you've ever had.
- A leadership presence rooted in your body — steady even when everything else isn't.
- Living without the quiet shame of not being further along by now.
The approach
Where mind,
body and
story meet.
Most approaches work with the thinking mind. This work goes further — into the nervous system, the body's held patterns, and the parts of you that formed long before you had words for them.
Drawing on Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, and developmental coaching, each session is tailored to where you are — not where a framework says you should be.
01
Somatic Experiencing
Work with trauma at its source — the nervous system — rather than reliving events through words.
What it feels like: coming back into a body that finally feels safe.
→02
Internal Family Systems
Meet the parts of you that protect, pursue, and sabotage — with curiosity rather than conflict.
What it feels like: less at war with yourself.
→03
Transitions Coaching
Navigate separation, career change, grief, or identity shifts with steadiness and intention.
What it feels like: knowing who you are on the other side.
→04
Executive Coaching
Leadership grounded in the body. Presence, regulation, and vertical development for senior leaders.
What it feels like: authority that doesn't cost you your health.

About Rudi
The question that
changed everything.
For years, Rudi operated at the sharp end of global consulting — Accenture, Deloitte, five continents, an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD. He was skilled at helping organisations transform. What he couldn't answer was why intelligent, motivated people — himself included — kept repeating the same patterns no matter how clearly they understood them.
That question led him away from boardrooms and into a three-year Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training. Into the body. Into the nervous system. Into work that reaches the level where insight alone cannot.
He is now an ICF-PCC certified coach, a Teaching Assistant with Somatic Experiencing International, and IFS Level 1 trained — holding both the rigour of his corporate past and the depth of his somatic training.
