About Rudi

Rudi is a leadership facilitator and ICF-certified coach with an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD. He's trained in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory.

He learned regulation the hard way: as a divorced father who had all the credentials and none of the capacity.

Now he teaches early executives and mid-career professionals how to build the nervous system foundation that coaching and therapy miss.

Questions

Therapy gives you insight into your patterns. Capacity gives you the embodied skills to change them in real-time. Many participants do both simultaneously and find they complement each other beautifully.

It's a 20-minute video call where I'll administer a brief nervous system assessment, diagnose your primary dysregulation pattern, and show you one practice tailored to your pattern. You'll experience a shift in real-time and we'll discuss if the program is right for you.

No. This is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and neuroscience. It's practical, embodied work for leaders, not abstract concepts or extended processing.

All sessions are recorded and available for 30 days. However, the live experience and group dynamic are essential to the transformation, so consistent attendance is strongly encouraged.
